Thanksgiving and Other Things – Continued

I cannot tell you how stupid I felt after realizing this situation of people moving on and myself still fuming inside. One of the issues I had was with my boyfriend when I was 21. After 5 years of courtship, he left me with my unborn daughter and would not marry me. I was so angry over it for the next 25 years that it was virtually eating away at me with terrible tinea (athlete’s foot) in my toes for years. Once I let go of the anger and the frustration, then I was shown a past life which showed me that all that had happened was meant to be and that it was nobody’s fault. For 25 years I had sat on that issue, not able to let go of it, brooding over it every now and again, sometimes on a monthly basis. What a waste of energy!

When I thought of what I could do with that energy, I could have done so much with it – manifested money, a job, a better life – but I did not. I hung on to the memories, the pain and, of course, the emotions. It evoked sympathy and sadness in the people to whom I told the story. It fed my emotional body and ate away at my soul. Now I only get tinea every once in a while. Now I go within and try to find out what is causing it, what is eating away at me. I am usually successful in doing so and then in letting it go. Now I am very blessed to have the Thanksgiving because I can forgive and bless all those in my life who have taught me through their mirroring, but also those whom I have a bee in my bonnet about. But what about the rest of the world? What do they do without a special day to say thanks?

Our Life Purpose – Final Words

It also amazes me how many people are in a job they hate, yet rather than open a new door they continue on in the job they are in and eventually have health problems because they are not at ease in their career. Rather than open a door to begin to study a new career if they have not done so already (and most have not), they plod along until eventually they create dis-ease, then full blown disease within themselves. I have actually seen people die because they would not make the changes they were capable of, all due to fear.

I am finally living my life’s purpose. I must say also that you are never too old to change. I had a 67-year old friend who had always wanted to do healing. Her astrological chart showed this was her true destiny. She had been a mother and grandmother but never worked. One day she came to classes I was teaching and learned how to heal. She found that she had (as I felt) a natural talent for healing and began using it part time. It gave her so much happiness to do this, and I know it kept her young and healthy. She is now almost 90 and still healing. I know she will make it to 100 and still be healing.

Are you unhappy in your career or job? Are you doing what you came here to do? You do not have to give up your job or career to open a new door. This can be done casually or part time in study and in working it (before one builds up a clientele) and then give up the old work one is doing. In closing, I wish to say that Maitreya, my teacher, taught me the fact that happiness is ours to create. Spirit does not do this for us – we do it. When we find our life purpose, we find our passion, and then one is truly happy. So many people never find their passion or their life destiny, and it is such a shame because they bring themselves around for another incarnation just as I did. I am so glad I found what mine is and that I am fulfilling it. Not only that, but I am truly happy in what I do. So many people tell me that I work so hard, but I do not feel that I do. It is not work for me; it is my true destiny and passion.

Networking – Final Words

There is a saying, “It is not what you know, but who you know,” and this is what BNI is all about. I can see the integrity business-wise of all those in my group, and I know that if I employ them to do a job for me or if I work with them I will get the best I can get. They are all exemplary people. Not only that, if I cannot find what I need in my chapter – if I need a person to do a job for me – I can look in other chapters for such a person. I no longer need to look in the yellow pages and wonder if the person is trustworthy or honest; I know they are. They would not have been accepted by the chapter were they not.

At times I have been concerned about the people I have hired – for instance, to work in my home. I always have trust, but a number of times the job that was done was not of a good standard. I do know that, if I employ someone from my chapter or another one, the work will be of the highest standard. They pride themselves in doing this. What is more amazing is that, again “those upstairs” who I work with, knew we would be moving premises in a few months time and that we would be needing people to help us to move whom we can trust and who will do their work well. In my chapter I have found a computer installer who can help us get all of our computers into place very swiftly because someone gave a testimonial for him at my chapter on the excellence and speed of his work. There is also the internet provider, and many other businesses that we need to make our new offices complete. We do not have to look far for anything we need. One of my friends asked me how I do it – have help and assistance all of the time – and I told her, “I have friends in high places.” I do, and if I use whom they send I never have to worry. They are excellent networkers in Spirit!

Peace II

Do you have peace in your life? Have you created the perfect life for yourself?

If your answer to this is “No,” then I want you to know that you can do this. Humanity seems to think it has to suffer – that hardship and difficulty are part of life – but they are not. Each soul has talents. Each soul can create the heaven on earth that they desire. I can hear you all saying, “Master, tell us how to do this,” and I will.

Let go of your concern for others. Give nothing any energy. Fear nothing. Ask yourself, “What do I need in life to be happy?” and then create it. It will not happen overnight in earth time, but it will gradually come to pass.

 Humanity has so much fear: fear of losing the job one has, fear of leaving relationships, fear of debt or hardship. You do not realize it, but you draw more of what you fear into your energy. Once you let go and say to yourself, “So what if I do this? I know Spirit will provide for me,” then it will happen.

The Grindstone

How many of you push the grindstone every day? By this I mean, how many of you go to your place of work and are thoroughly miserable at what you do? If this is you then you need to step out of fear and into your dreams. So many of you have dreams but do not believe that you can fulfill those dreams. Yet you can. You are capable with the right thought of being able to manifest all that you desire and more! You do this by eliminating fear – the fear of not having a job, the fear of not having enough money. There are so many fears yet, once they are removed, the barrier to manifesting comes tumbling down.

There are those who have been on the grindstone for decades, pushing the stone every day, hating each and every moment of it, fearing change, fearing unemployment, fearing poverty, fearing so many things. Yet the Universe will provide all that you ask for – but you have to ask! There are those of you who ask and then in the next breath say, “Oh, but that will never come my way,” or “I do not deserve that,” or “I am not worthy of such a thing.” While you do this, you will stay pushing the grindstone, and each year it becomes heavier and heavier.

Try to stand outside the stone. Ask yourself, “What would I like to do if I could do it?” Then start manifesting that reality. It may take some earth time, but you will get there if you keep on being positive, not allowing anything negative to break up what you have created.

Get off the grindstone. Get a life!
