No two mediums work the same way, so my experiences with helping souls to go home to the Light is mine alone. Each medium has their own way of doing it. Not much has ever been written about it mainly, I believe, because it would frighten people away from becoming a medium. For me it is just a part of the work I do. Working with Spirit can be completely exhausting. It takes tremendous energy to take the lost souls home to Spirit, and for days afterward I can be so exhausted I can barely walk around the house. I usually end up having an instant meal because I have not got the energy to cook.

Spirit uses the water in my body (I carry a lot of water in my body) to create energy to allow me to take them home through me. That energy vibrates through all the chakras and all of the glands in the body. I understood why Spirit had me go through so much clearing of my own blocks and past-life issues, because that energy, as well as helping – if you have not cleared your blocks, can also create health problems.

It really does take a strong person to do this work with Spirit, and the clearing of the earthbound spirits takes an enormous strain on my body. I often do the same thing with people who I do readings for – I tend to clear them out of their problems. They leave a reading feeling wonderful, but I end up taking on the emotions they carried with them before the reading. However, once the negative, old energy leaves them, they can move forward with their lives and hopefully fulfill their destinies. The energy I take is usually fear and low self-esteem/confidence. With that removed, the person then has a chance to move forward.
