Once Again! – Continued

I know the Photon Energy is affecting the hormones in women. My own hormones have been completely out of whack and I have had the symptoms I had when I was going through menopause. Every 28 days since August of last year I have been having a monthly period at over 60 years of age! I thought there was something serious going on but I was told there is not. Maitreya said it is the way my body is reacting to the Photon energy. It was so funny how people reacted when I told them. My daughter was so concerned I could have a baby (I cannot – I have had the “snip” so-to-speak), and a number of other people said I could still have a “virgin” birth. There was real concern over this topic but I know it is the Photon Energy and do not give it any energy.

I have never been one for depression either, but I found myself getting the occasional depression – usually created by past life energy coming out – but it only lasted a few days and was gone. Knowing about the energy certainly helped me to cope with what was happening to me and, in a way, gave me a peace of sorts. Had I not known, I would have been in such fear. I noticed also that my sensitivity became acute, not only emotionally but also physically. I could not even stand to touch my own body as it created soreness or pain. Of course, it has gone now, but during this time I know that, had I not had the knowledge, I would have really been frightened of what was happening. One of the worst things though is the loss of memory most people are having and it is not just the older ones as I have stated a number of times in various other blogs and writings. It really is a problem for many.

Now II

Question: – Hi. I recently read one of your latest newsletters entitled “Depression” (#292). This message was very helpful to me. Thank you. In the article you basically instructed us, if I understood correctly, to allow ourselves to feel in order to cleanse away past hurts, pains, etc. However, there is currently a lot of discussion on “living in the present moment.” I used to feel sad, cry, and then feel better later. Now, I try to stay in the present moment by pushing away a sad or painful memory that induces depression. Perhaps I do not understand the concept of living in the present moment, so would you please comment on how we can feel our pains etc., and still live in the present moment if it is possible? Thank you.

Answer: By living in the now, one does not worry about the future or live in the past. When one lives in the now, one gives the body permission to release a lot of suppressed emotion. This is often known as depression. When it comes to the surface, one should let it go. If one is not trying to avoid it – which one would do if one were in the now – then it would come to the surface to be cleansed away. When one is not living in the now, then one is concerned over so many things past and future. If one is in the now, then all one concerns oneself with is the now. One can plan for the future, but then let the future happen instead of making it happen. It is not easy to explain; it is far better demonstrated.

Most souls have depression and do not know they have it. Only by being still and living in the now – with no concerns for anything but that moment of time – can one allow all that is buried deep within to come to the surface. As one does this, layer upon layer can be released because there is nothing stopping it. The soul is simply living in the moment. It has total faith that all its needs will be provided. It has no fear, doubt, or insecurity. It is one with the Divine. Free of worry and concern, it can release all that is buried within, often from many previous incarnations. As one cleanses away the deeply buried emotions and feelings, then one becomes more intuitive and sensitive to the world of Spirit and its energy.

Color I

You do not realize how important color is in your life. If only you did you would wear the most wonderfully colored clothes.

Each color has a vibration which the eyes of the one who looks at it responds to. Did you know that even the blind can be influenced by color? Yes, this is so, for they “feel” the color. They may not see it, but that does not mean they cannot feel it! All color has a vibration, and the blind can “feel” the color even though they may not see it.

The color red can bring in energy; it can also bring anger to the surface. The color yellow can bring the most depressed person out of their depression – enough to make them want to talk. It is the most wonderful color for this. The colors that you choose and that you wear are a barometer of your soul. For those who wear black, it is not a morbid color. It is neutral, but when worn with another color such as blue, green, or turquoise, it can become a wonderful healing color for those who wear it and those who see it. The color black enhances the other colors and makes them more profound, more striking.

Go into your heart and ask yourself “What color would I really like to wear?” No matter what that color, wear it. If you do, you will be soothing your soul and healing your mind, body, and soul. Your soul knows what color it needs; you just have to listen.

Regrets – Continued

As I was thinking about this subject and other regrets I have, Maitreya came into my energy and told me one should not have regrets. He told me that regrets are only the choices we do not make. I questioned him about this. He told me that, when we regret something, we make ourselves a failure in a way, because there is a negative energy to it. It can actually bring us into depression and ill health if we allow it. I had never thought about this before to be honest. He told me that we are supposed to learn from these regrets.

I thought about when we did some filming in LA last year there, but so far the TV stations have not been receptive to that show. The outlook on the filming we did last week is very much more optimistic. During that time last year in LA I met someone involved in the filming in whom I recognized healing ability. He had so much potential as a healer, and I opened him up to this energy which absolutely amazed him. He mentioned that he would like to come to Seattle and have some teaching from me. I offered to do that if he chose to come; however as the weeks and months went by he did not come. On our last trip to LA last week, I met this man again. He was a little concerned that he was not involved with the filming we were doing now. Maitreya had told me that we could not do the filming with people who did not understand metaphysics, and I was pleased to find out that the people we were working with were – all of them – understanding of this subject and supported it. I knew then this man could not be involved with us because he had no knowledge of metaphysics on the level we did. I told him that if he had come to Seattle when he had suggested, I could have taught him.

Depression

 

What is depression? It is the body’s way of dealing with change, buried emotion, and stress. It is quite normal to be depressed, and when one is depressed one should try to ride it through. The human body is used to having one way of doing things. When change comes, it can create a huge turmoil in the physical body. The same is true with buried emotions. The body has to cope as the emotion comes to the surface. Often there is a need to cry, but this is suppressed because it is not “normal.” The body has periods of time when it is overloaded with stress, but the person feels they are invincible and just keeps pushing themselves. Then one day they have to stop, and the body goes into complete and utter chaos. This also can cause depression because the old way is not being followed. You are in a state of change, but the body does not know how to cope.

When depression comes into your life do not fear it. It is there to make you look at your life and the way you are. Ask Spirit to help you find the answers. If you ask you will find them. Allow whatever is in there to come out, whether emotion (anger, frustration, fear etc.), stress, or just release. Do not fear it, for it is meant to help you cleanse away something that is no longer needed. If drugs are used to help the depression, then also seek the help of someone who can help you find the cause. You can find natural sources to help you also. It is nature’s way of cleansing. Remember that.
